Professional Opportunities Available
PMDFC is seeking experienced professionals for three specialized technical positions.
Program Officer (WATSAN)
This Faisalabad-based position requires candidates with at least 16 years of education in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
Applicants having a 16-year degree must possess at least eight years of post-qualification experience. Candidates holding 17 years or higher education require a minimum of five years of relevant experience in planning, designing, supervising infrastructure projects, and municipal services operations.
The upper age limit for this position is 55 years.
Deputy Program Officer (Occupational Health and Safety

The Lahore-based OHS position also involves field visits under the Punjab Inclusive Cities Program.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s (4-Year), Master’s, or higher qualification in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Occupational Health & Safety. NEBOSH IGC and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certifications will provide an additional advantage.
Applicants must have at least seven years of professional experience in Occupational Health and Safety systems, preferably on donor-funded infrastructure projects including the World Bank or Asian Development Bank.
Strong knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, safety audits, emergency response planning, incident investigation, compliance monitoring, and the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) is essential.
The maximum age allowed is 45 years.
Quantity Surveyor
PMDFC is also hiring one Quantity Surveyor for its Lahore office.
Candidates must hold a Diploma of Associate Engineer (Civil) from a Government-recognized institution.
A minimum of ten years of post-qualification experience is required in quantity surveying, scrutiny of structural drawings, preparation and verification of project estimates covering civil, electrical, and mechanical works.
The upper age limit is 45 years.
Salary and Employment Package
PMDFC has stated that selected candidates will receive a market-based compensation package according to their qualifications, experience, and professional expertise.
