A Communication-Focused Government Opportunity

Academic Background and Professional Exposure

Applicants should possess 16 years of education in English Language, English Literature, Social Sciences, Economics, or Commerce. Preference will be given to candidates holding MS or M.Phil qualifications in the relevant disciplines.
The commission expects at least five years of practical experience in content writing, media reporting, research-based publications, social media campaigns, graphics-related communication material, and official documentation. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nature of Work
The selected professional will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of communication products and coordinating with media stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Writing press releases, news articles, and media briefs.
- Developing social media content, campaign narratives, and promotional material.
- Preparing case studies, dashboards, one-pagers, banners, whitepapers, and eBooks.
- Monitoring media coverage and preparing performance reports.
- Coordinating communication campaigns across print, electronic, and digital media.
- Managing relationships with journalists, media partners, and influencers.
- Supporting official events, awareness campaigns, and press conferences.
- Preparing monthly communication reports with KPIs, engagement statistics, media reach, and campaign outcomes.
- Ensuring all published material follows NAVTTC branding and communication standards.
