Academic Background and Professional Skills
Graduates may apply for Assistant and Translator posts, while Intermediate qualification is required for Stenotypist and UDC.
Matric-qualified candidates can compete for LDC, Photographer, Draughtsman, and Offset Machineman positions, provided they also satisfy the relevant typing speed, diploma, or professional experience requirements.
Applicants for Assistant, UDC, and LDC must be computer literate. Selected candidates for these positions will also complete mandatory National Information Technology Board (NITB) basic IT training during the probation period.
