Human Resource Positions Announced

NBP is recruiting for two positions within its End Service Benefits Wing.
The Senior Officer – End Service Benefits (OG-I) position requires at least four years of relevant professional experience, including two years in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards Management, or HR Services.
The Officer – End Service Benefits (OG-II / OG-III) role is designed for professionals having at least two years of experience, including one year in HR Operations or related functions.
Both vacancies require a minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university, while candidates possessing a Master’s qualification will receive preference during recruitment.

Nature of the Assignment

The roles also involve maintaining accurate records, ensuring policy compliance, processing recoveries, preparing approval notes, supporting audits, and assisting management with departmental assignments.
