Positions Open Under the Project
Project Manager (PPS-8)
This position is offered on a merit basis. Applicants should possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university with at least a second division. A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience is required, including three years in a managerial or supervisory role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. The maximum age limit is 50 years.
Office Assistant (PPS-5)
Reserved under the Punjab quota, this vacancy requires a Graduation degree (14 years of education) with at least a second division from an HEC-recognized institution. Applicants should have two years of relevant experience in a public or private organization along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. The upper age limit is 40 years.
Attendant (PPS-1)
This local-based position requires Matric qualification along with one year of relevant work experience. The maximum permissible age is 35 years.
Recruitment Conditions Worth Noting
Only experience gained after obtaining the required educational qualification will be considered. Experience as an internee, apprentice, honorary worker, or part-time employee will not count toward eligibility.
Candidates already serving in government departments must submit their applications through the proper channel. The advertisement also confirms that the standard five-year general age relaxation has already been incorporated wherever applicable.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for tests and interviews. Written examinations may be conducted in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, and Peshawar, depending on the recruitment schedule.
No TA or DA will be provided for appearing in tests or interviews. HEC also reserves the authority to increase, decrease, postpone, or cancel any advertised vacancy without prior notice.
