Most disciplines require MPhil/MS (18 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university. Political Science also accepts LLM where applicable. Candidates possessing BS/MA/MSc (16 years education) may be considered only for Intermediate-level teaching.
Important Qualification Notes
Applicants should ensure they meet all academic conditions before submitting their applications.
- Minimum qualification must match the relevant discipline.
- No third division is allowed in the academic career.
- CGPA below 3.00 out of 4.00 will be treated as second division.
- Foreign degree holders must attach an HEC Equivalence Certificate.
- In-service applicants must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) through the proper channel.

- 13 August 2026 (Thursday): Political Science, Sociology, Statistics, Urdu, Zoology and ICS.
Only shortlisted and eligible candidates will be invited to participate in the interview process.
