A Leadership Role Focused on Deposit Growth
The selected candidate will lead the bank’s liability business strategy across all branches. This role demands practical leadership, strategic planning, and strong banking expertise to improve deposit mobilization and strengthen customer relationships.

Core Responsibilities of the Position
The Head Liability Business will be responsible for designing and implementing deposit mobilization strategies aligned with the bank’s business objectives.
Major responsibilities include:
- Develop deposit growth strategies across the nationwide branch network.
- Launch innovative liability products for retail, SME, corporate, agriculture, and digital banking customers.
- Improve CASA deposits and long-term funding sources.
- Monitor branch performance using KPIs, MIS reports, and dashboards.
- Train branch staff on sales procedures and implementation.
- Maintain relationships with institutional clients and government organizations.
- Supervise Regional Business Heads and Branch Managers.
- Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal banking policies.
- Monitor pricing, cost of funds, profitability, and risk management.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by the management.
