Leadership Role and Academic Expectations
The advertised position requires a candidate capable of managing a large educational institution with effective academic and administrative leadership. Preference will be given to applicants holding a Ph.D., M.Phil., or MS in Education, School Administration, Educational Leadership, or another HEC-recognized discipline.
Candidates must have secured at least First Division, 2.5 CGPA, or 60% marks in their highest qualification. Possession of a B.Ed. or M.Ed. will be considered an additional advantage during the selection process.
Professional Experience Required
Applicants should possess 8 to 10 years of administrative experience in a well-reputed Matric or Intermediate school or college with a student strength exceeding 800 students. The department is looking for candidates who have demonstrated leadership, institutional management, staff supervision, and academic planning throughout their careers.
The prescribed age limit for this recruitment is 40 to 55 years.
