Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess one of the following professional profiles:
Professional Accountants / Corporate Secretaries
- Member of a recognized professional accounting body such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification recognized under applicable laws.
- Member of a recognized institute of Corporate or Chartered Secretaries where applicable.
- Relevant post-qualification professional experience in corporate governance, company secretarial affairs, and statutory compliance.
Master’s Degree Holders
- Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) from an HEC-recognized university in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Law, Public Administration, or another relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate management, governance, regulatory compliance, or company secretarial functions.
